I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction.

A gold peel-off salutation was placed in the center of the plaque before the card front was attached to a blank, cream card.

This is a very versatile design that is beautiful in its simplicity.
