I printed the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base layer onto gold mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel.
I used Star Dust, Diamond, Glam Pink, Patina & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle.
