Cottage Window Topper with 10 PanelsCompleted by Jaynescards

I printed out the sheet and also an extra window. I cut out all the decoupage and then with the second window I cut the panes out to leave the frame. I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads I then attached acetate to the back of the frame and added this with 3mm foam pads. I attached to some pretty turquoise card and finished by adding a greeting, 2 air dry clay flowers and a fabric dragonfly.
