I made a co-ordinating diamond top spring card and mounted my topper. I printed out twice (at a reduced size) for extra decoupage and decoupaged with sticky pads, adding some extra flowers to the base of my card.

I added my tag and a punched butterfly and finished off by adding pearls to the blue flower centres
