Springflowers for Mum, ToppersCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I cut out this design, cutting along the inner scalloped edge. I placed my design onto my base card which was covered with yellow glitter paper. This shows through beneath the scallops.

I used a piece of acetate over the complete card and added a red bow tied through the card and acetate pulling it all together.
