Vintage Floral ToppersCompleted by Suzanne Burrows

I got a square base card and added the backing paper, then i added gold corner peeloffs,then stuck the design sheet onto the card and built up the decoupage to finish i made a bow out of organza ribbon and stuck it to the flower stems
