Beautiful Rose in Scalloped Frame Topper 2

Lovely large topper designed with my floral scalloped frame design and a beautiful rose bud on 2 wavy-edge bases. On the sheet I have included one ready greeting label with "Happy Birthday" greeting on it and another blank one where you can add your own greeting suitable for the occasion.
