Red Poppy 70 Birthday Lace Decoupage Sheet

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems. A gorgeous design.

I printed off this lovely deisgn onto smooth white cardboard. Cut out all the decourpage elements and mounted them on the base topper with foam tape. Added a few liquid pearls gold dots onto the 70, some bronze ones onto the butterfly spots and some strategically placed black clusters of three dots around the design.

The then mounted the topper onto some black cardboard and cut it to size, which really accentuates the design.
