I resized and printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to shaped white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with black peel-off flourishes.

Printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto pink card then onto a black card blank using DST. Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added a cerise & black organza ribbon & bow then finished with a cerise gem.
