Pink Roses and LaceCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Attached the base picture to the main card with d/s tape fixing a gold peeloff border around the edge. Attached the decoupage pieces with foam pads.

Made three matching pink tassels and attached one each to the two tags and then made the remaining decoupage pieces into another gift tag attaching the remaining tassel.

I fixed one of the tags to the card with foam pads adding a gold peeloff sentiment to finish.
