Beautiful Flutters and Roses in Blues Card TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then added a blue and gold border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
