I loved this the minute I saw it. I printed off the sheet on to satin finish photo paper and cut out all the elements.
I mounted the base on to pale pink pearlised card (which I had scalloped around the edge) and then on to a purple A5 card all using dst.
I then assembled the rose decoupage using foam pads. I finally added a pink organza bow and glitter to highlight parts of the silver frame. An insert using the oval rose was put inside. (I always make my own inserts to match the card)
