i opened the sheet in an editing programme and added text to the inside of the frame and then printed onto card.
I cut out all the elements and built up the decoupage with 3d foam pads.
I added to a piece of Silver tinted velum and mounted onto white card stock. I added Tiny Gemstones to the frame and 3 adhesive pearls to two of the corners
