English Roses Topper 2Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto quality Photo Paper. Cut out Both Elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a Mauve pearl textured card, cut to the shape of the Topper. Used Foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on the edges of the rose and tops of Butterfly wings.

To finish I stuck a Bow the same colour as the card to the right hand corner. An exquisite Design.
