I mounted onto a cream square rose edge shaped card so that it was slightly over the top to match the shape of the card bottom,.

This looke really effective. I printed out the rose another twice to decoupage. I decoupaged all the parts with sticky pads.

I added a wobbler to the top heart so that the heart wobbles with the slightest movement. I thendecoupaged the rose on the heart wobbler 3 times. I added 2 tiny gold padded hearts and my own sentiment banner to finish because the sentiment with the sheet was too intricate to cut out for me.
