I printed the design out onto smooth white card,I then cut out all the elements,I took a cream pearl card,added the base design then added the decoupage with foam pads.added bronze corner peel offs,and a bronze bow,finished off by adding glossy accents to the rose to represent raindrops,a little glitter and a couple of gem stones.Makes a very classy finished card. would be suitable for Anniversaries also.
