Printed onto photo paper. I cut out the elements. Using DST I attached Topper to a yellow matt and using DST I attached all to a shimmery white DL card.
Using foam pads I attached the Decoupage. I stuck some crystal gems on some of the grey flowers.
A very pretty design and so easy to make.
