Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a plain white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces with foam pads.

There are various sentiments which I placed inside the envelope so that my customer has a choice.

There is a matching insert for this card (cup850982_20877) which I placed inside to finish the card.
