For this simple card I made a quick 5" square card using the co-ordinating backing cup117828_5 printed onto the same type of card. I simply chose one of the toppers and stuck it to the card using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape.
There are so many toppers of different sizes on this sheet that can be used to make many cards. They are complimented by the other sheets in the Shabby Chic Rose Mix N Match designs.){kind=link}
