I printed the design sheet on 200gsm matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I layered the topper with some coordinating card and attached to a white scalloped card. I added the decoupage with silicone gel for dimension.

To finish the card I used a couple of gems on the front and added the complimentary insert. A beautiful design that can be used for many occasions.
