The Elegant Rose Card Topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to give more definition. I added glitter to the butterflies, to the centre of the bows and to some of the gems in the necklace to enhance this lovely design.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
