Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edged card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
The insert has decorative punched corners and has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.

I printed onto glossy photo paper and then using foam tape, added each cut out decoupage piece, then backed onto a white card and finished off with glitter glue to highlight the background and the flowers.
