Tulip Bouquet Card Topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached Friesa Dream background, cUp71676_443 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card with thin foam pads. I added some glitter to the swirls and the pearls to compliment the lovely design.
