Altered Vintage Rose-blue- Topper with 3DCompleted by Annmarie Spriggs

I printed the sheet onto 120gsm white paper and cut out all the pieces. I made an A6 cream easel card and stuck the main topper onto this.

I added the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. |I glued the insert provided to the base of the easel and added the Birthday Wishes greeting as a stopper.

To finish off the card i added gold 'happy birthday' peel-offs to the greeting banner and 2 gold embellishments at the top.
