Thinking of You
I have designed this DL topper as a simple decoupage topper, with 3 layers.
Simply cut out the base layer, that has been sized slightly smaller then true DL this is so it can fit on your card easy and you can still matt and layer behind it, then you cut out the next layer and finally the elements to add, use 3D glue or foam to give alttle height and simply add you own bow to finish the topper.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam `pads then finished with the matching insert.
