Vintage Roses Picture Frame TopperCompleted by Anita chambers

A great image I printed this image onto photo paper. I then mounted it on to card. For the base card I used half a floral design paper and placed a glitter tape across the center. I them mounted the image to the card and applied the sentiment.

I used foam pads to add on the roses.
