When We Feel Love - TopperCompleted by Dennis Sharp

I printed this out on card stock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam tabs to assemble the flowers. I added the topper to a light blue card which I had used a paper punch on the side.

I used silver, gold and clear glitter paint to accent different areas.
