I used cup167169_131 (tulips), a lovely delicate design to back a glossy ivory DL card, leaving a tiny ivory border showing.
Then I took one of these six toppers and backed it with cream card before adding.
Finally I backed a gold Happy Birthday sentiment in the same cream card and added below to finish.
