Copied this to matte photo paper, cut out one base and matted it to navy blue card stock. I used the second topper for decoupage using the roses and part of the border. I used d.s.foam pads to build up the flowers, added two butterflies. I used the border part as a backing for a peel off Birthday greeting. I used Lavender Lace pearl Stickles to add texture to the border and drops to the greeting plaque.

A beautiful design, very romantic and pleasing to the eye. Useful for various occasions.
