such aa nice caard to do, i printed it off onto glossy photo paper cut it out then stuck the base onto blue mirror card,

i then stuck that onto light blue blank card, i thenstuck the deoupage on with sticky foam, put some sparkles on the flowers and put aa blue sparkle dot on the scolloped edge,to finish i put sentiment (happy birthday).
