I printed the decoupage onto matt photographic paper and cut out the layers. I cut a square of pale gold pearlised card and mounted the decoupage layers onto that before attaching it to a toning blue pearlised card.

I matted the greeting onto pale gold pearlised card and attached it below the topper. I completed the card with a fine gold line peel off to frame the topper, and crystal gems at the corners.
