Pretty Insert Frame Card Topper with Decoupage Panel & extra Sentiments

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then attached the Birthday Greetings sentiment to the front of the card. I then printed a second copy, removed the centre panel and used the frame as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can be used by my customer to write their own message.
