In Love of Lotus with Decoupage
This lovely topper features gorgeous lotus flowers. It has two layers of decoupage to ad depth.

The decoupage was added with silicone gel and I added a lacy braided border and a tiny butterfly left over from another of Anne's cards.
First I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, and cut the parts out. Layered with 3D pads and decorate it with peel off borders and half pearls. Lovely sheet.
Printed main pattern onto matte 130gsm inkjet paper and mounted main image onto pale green card stock. Mounted 3D elements with foam pads and used a gold wavy border around edge. Enhanced design with crystalline glitter and added greeting.
