I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto purple stock card,then added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added a bow and a crystal...this is a beautiful design suitable for lots of ocassions.
