Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a white embossed card I then added diecut ferns and pearl to complete this stunning design.

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. Due to an error I did two copies so used one of them as decoupage, cutting out the lace border to use on the main card.
Matted to pale blue card stock and built up the rose and the border. I previously very lightly enhanced the bust with pencil, Glossy Accents and Lavender Lace. Once dry I applied to the card and added a greeting at the bottom.
Gentle shades of blue make this design a delightful card suitable for various occasions of which there are numerous plaques supplied.
