Pretty Ornate Frame Toppers of Summer FlowersCompleted by Eve Mcmean

I printed the design out onto quality photo paper, trimmed all pieces and using the bottom design I glued this to blue card stock which I had scored and folded also I shaped the corners of the card stock and the design base card.

I then added the butterflies using 3d sticky pads and finished off with a Happy Birthday sentiment. Lovely easy card.
