Iused a shimmering cardstock base ans shimmering cardstock background in complementing colours .I then cut out the topper and decoupage bits .I added the topper the card and added the bits to the topper with foam pads .I added flowers and a leaf to the corner of the card ,some pearls too .A organza ribbon rounds of the card .
