I have combined this lovely topper with its matching elements from cup143492_819 (Padded Flowers Background Kit). First I backed a lemon card with the padded flowers background, then added this topper, built up with 1.5mm foam tape.
Then I finished with the matching ribbon, sentiment plate and four flowers (the latter also raised on foam tape.
