I printed this beautiful design on Navigator paper and cut out the main topper and decoupage. I attached topper to a 5 x 7 card blank using dst and foam pads to affix the decoupage. To finish I added small gems to flowers.

A gorgeous easy card to make and is suitable for many occasions.
