I printed out the design onto a good quality matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I used a square white card blank as a base, onto this I matte and layered some red card and some cupcake design paper.
The main bit of the design and a small doile were attached to the middle of the card. I decoupaged the smaller elements using raised sticky foam pads. Some gems and a small bow were added for decoration.
