I have designed these scalloped base and frames to match the scalloped 3D kits that I have available. You can use them either with the cards in the kit as a base or use them on your own cardstock.
Ideal for a effective card topper and very easy to make.
Simply cut out the base layer and then using 3D glue or foam place the frame layer on top, or alternatively make it into a shaker card front.

I stuck the main image to a whie card and then cut out round the scalloped shape. Then I cut out the white oval from the top piece and attached it over the other one making a frame.
I then addaed a gold and white border from my stash.
