I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded an A4 card. I attached backing paper Elegant Floral in Cream and Gold, cUp 115394_168, to the card with double sided tape.
I attached the design to the card also using double sided tape.
