I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a cream card. I assembled the elements with foam pads and added my sentiment. Lovely design

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto lavender spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a pink insert.
