Then I backed the picture with blue paper and put the whole onto blue card stock. Cute card for all ages.){kind=link}

I copied this design onto Kodak premium paper (my printer is a Kodak) and then cut out all the elements.
I layered up the decoupage using sticky pads. I added one of my own flowers,gold gel pen to the doilly and the trimming .
Added blue glitter to the rain drops. Then I backed the picture with blue paper and put the whole onto blue card stock. Cute card for all ages.
