I cut out & decoupageged The Magnolias & "On Your Graduation", sentiment. I matted it on Aqua card stock 12x81/2. I scored it at 4 & 8 and folded it in 3rds. I trimmed the last third & rounded it.
I put red sticky tape on one edge to form a pocket for money or a gift certificate.
