Spooktacular Halloween Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 8x8 card, then added a colored wavy border all round the edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
