This card is much quicker to make than it looks. I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I used 1mm foam squares on most of the decoupage but I wanted the skeleton to stand out so I raised him on 2mm foam strips.
I flat stuck the finished design to my base card and finished by flat sticking my saying over the edge.
