Partner Birthday card with heart & flowers

A very pretty card with the wording 'Happy Birthday to a Wonderful Partner' inside an ornate heart. It can be made 3D by adding the extra flowers with foam pads. A very easy and quick card to make. It is a square card which can be resized to suit the card you are using.
