Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I stuck the Topper to a Gold textured matte and then used DST to attach to a white card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage.

I used some crystal glitter on the flower petals and stuck a pretty pink gem into the middle of the sentiment.

A very pretty design.
