I printed this sheet onto super smooth silk card and cut out leaving a piece of card attached to the straight edge to form a hinge, which I made using a bone folder, and built the layers up using silicone glue.

While the glue was drying I stuck a piece of heart embossed card to the centre of a piece of gold card, using wet glue, before sticking the hinge to the back of the gold card, with wet glue, and leaving to thoroughly dry.
